Our strategy: your path to success

Your IT provision needs careful planning and frequent re-appraisal.

If "frequent re-appraisal" sounds like costing you money, please be assured that quite the opposite is true - what costs money is when a company's IT provision lags behind its business needs, or (perhaps worse) when it grows in a higgledy-piggledy fashion until you end up with both a physical and metaphorical rats' nest of wires which is expensive to sort out, and often costs heavily in lost productivity.

Our "whole of service" approach, from assessment to implementation to management (if you want it), means we can help you avoid these pitfalls.

We also provide full documentation at every stage: if your current IT provider doesn't, they should!

These are the five pillars of our successful IT strategy:

Assessment

We need to know what you want from your IT. We'll spend time discovering how your business operates, and where you want the business to go in the future, so that we can recommend a solution that fits today and can grow with you tomorrow.

Recommendations

Our research and analysis is summarised in a proposal for an individually designed network that suits your business. Our recommendations include a detailed plan, clearly defined objectives and a recommended course of action.

Implementation

IT4SmallBusiness manages all aspects of the implementation process, whether software or hardware, including strategic planning, design, procurement, project management, testing, training and documentation.

Monitoring

It's part of our job at IT4SmallBusiness to make sure that your technology performs at its best as well as being secure at all times. Through regular checks, either on-site or (often) remotely, we'll keep you informed, and intervene pro-actively before problems arise.

Management

Our uniquely designed approach to systems maintenance and support helps you to reduce costs by managing your systems with greater efficiency. We provide enhanced system stability with scheduled visits and round-the-clock troubleshooting that's just a phone call away.
